I am so sorry for your circumstances.  It must have been soul destroying.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Fear not, though.  True love does exist.  Pardon me for saying so, but it seems this lovely girl was actually quite nasty and selfish.  I think you were lucky.  You could have engaged or married her and then have it happen.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
But look forward, not back.  If you want true love, you can have it.  And here's the thing.  Love is true when you can be best friends.  Does it matter what your true friends look like?  I suspect not.  I'm sorry to say that I think that this infatuation was driven by lust however much it felt like love.  And I know.  I have my own infatuation with a girl and as much as I think it could be love, I know what love is because of my wife.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Enjoy life and move forward.  Have a good life; you damn well deserve it!</content></entry></feed>
